The documents must have a notarized translation. You can obtain this by sending us scans of your documents.
A legal assistance agreement was signed between Russia and India in 2002, under Article 10 of which documents issued in our countries are accepted without legalization or apostille. However, practice shows that migration authorities and notaries may not be familiar with this agreement, which could cause delays in document processing. Therefore, if possible, it is better to have official documents issued in the Republic of India apostilled.

Duration
Company registration takes five business days from the date of document submission to the registry. Documents signed by the registering authority can be obtained free of charge in electronic form.
Immediately after company registration, we will submit documents to open a bank account at the bank of your choice. This takes no more than three days.
Within four months after company registration, you will need to deposit the authorized capital amount into the account. You can use this money for the company’s needs right away.

Nota bene
Additionally, we recommend issuing a power of attorney to our employees to obtain your bank card when submitting documents. To issue a bank card in your name, a Russian phone number will also need to be registered.
